I’ve found that I’m often sending recipes to clients, members, friends, or busy mums who don’t have a lot of time to cook. So instead of sending them all individually, how about I put them in one place for you all to find.
These are actual recipes I have taken from cook books, google, my mother and mother in law, and anywhere I can find them…..and then added in my own adjustments to suit my time, style and requirements. I have cooked these many times over and will only post ones that 1) I have actually tried myself, 2) are actually tasty, 3) are easy and quick.
I am no chef. I am not a great cook. I don’t overly enjoy spending time in the kitchen. I need dinners that are tasty enough for the kids, have enough protein/carbs and veg in there to get me through my day, something that doesn’t push my calorie count up there, and offers a bit of variety to keep hubby happy and, most importantly, are easy to do.
So here they are. Note the **Sia’s Notes** at the bottom of the recipes. I’m giving you the full recipe, but again, given my time, and requirements, I always make adjustments when necessary
